Holistic Care for Autoimmune Disease |
We invite you to join Dr. Dana Gerstbacher (Pediatric Rheumatologist) and Kandice Stellmon (Certified Nutrition Consultant) as they discuss holistic options for addressing autoimmune disease.
Dr. Dana will review the basics of the immune system and how it goes awry in autoimmune disease. Then she will discuss how supplements and other interventions may be used for immune support.
Kandice Stellmon will present how specific foods
and targeted nutritional therapies can be used
to address many health concerns associated
with autoimmune disease. The latest nutritional research
will be discussed, along with practical methods for implementing
dietary changes
into your
lifestyle - yummy recipes included!
Finally, there will be time available at the conclusion
of their presentation to discuss specific questions.

Kandice Stellmon presents at ADHD/Autism Conference |
Parents Helping Parents (PHP) is a not-for-profit
organization that has been serving families with
special needs kids for almost 35 years. The conference
mission is to help parents of children
with ADD/ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders learn
about available local service providers who offer
traditional and nontraditional treatment
options. This group of diverse local providers
will present the latest information on their treatment
approaches and services, while other
providers will exhibit their products and services
throughout the day in the exhibition hall.
Kandice
Stellmon, our Certified Nutrition Consultant, will be presenting on
Saturday, January 15th and we would love to see
you there!
